Opportunity Field Value Is Not Populating In SOAP Response In Prod Environment

On : 184.108.40.206.0 version
In Production Environment: The user has a custom field called "Parent Stock Symbol"
"Parent Stock Symbol" can display value in the UI.
But when the customer runs the getOpportunity web service, there is no value under "Parent Stock Symbol"
In Test Environment: Everything works fine.
getOpportunity web service should be able to retrieve a value under "Parent Stock Symbol"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Text Formula for Opportunity.
2. Run getOpportunity web service.
3. No value returned.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users maintain proper integration into CPQ.
