In this document you will learn how to use the last record created in a child object to update a single line in a second child object.

The set up is like so:

1-Custom Top Level Object
2 -This Custom Object has 2 Child Objects(Child_1 and Child_2)

Get the information of the last record created on Child_1 and put it on a record of Child_2

This technique will cover the following scenarios:

1 – The Child_2 has no record in it, so when we first create a record in Child_1 we also create our record in Child_2

2 – Once record is created we just update that record over and over again, when new lines are added in Child_1
