ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User unable to retrieve Performance document after cancelling the work relationship  

While deploying full Core HR in Switzerland, they had to cancel the work relationship for several employees and re-hire them.
Employees were using a limited version of Core Hr before, called "Mini Core HR" in order to use Performance Management Module and perform their Evaluation in the tool.

However, they cannot retrieve the performance documents anymore for these employees.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Performance Document should be available against the new work relationship

STEPS
-------------
Process to reproduce is as follows :
1. Cancel the work relationship for the employee
2. Re-hire him
3. Search for his performance document in the Performance workarea
4. Result: the document is nowhere to be found

BUSINESS IMPACT
--------------------------
Unable to view the PD in new work-relationship causing issues with users.
