When using custom HR Specialist/Talent role, unable to access performance document administration tasks like:
Transfer Performance Documents
Transfer Set Goals Collaboration Status
Change Due Date
Update Performance Tasks
Cancel Performance Documents
Delete Performance Documents
Delete Participant Feedback
Complete Performance Documents
Acknowledge Performance Document
Acknowledge Review Meeting
Reopen Performance Documents
Restore Performance Documents

However below tasks are working fine:
Create Performance Documents
Send E-Mail Notification

Error Message : ADF_FACES-60097: for more information, please see the servers log for an entry beginning
with: ADF_FACES-60096: Server exception during PPR, #59
