Lead Workflow Script: OwnerId Attribute Returning Null When There Is A Lead Owner Value In The Lead Record

(Doc ID 2118847.1)

Last updated on APRIL 11, 2016

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Sales Cloud Service - Version 11.1.10.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
There is an issue with the Lead workflow where the Lead owner is returning null value when there is a Lead owner value in the Lead record.

Groovy Script:

if(isAttributeChanged('OwnerId'))
{
println("Orig Owner ID:"+(getOriginalAttributeValue('OwnerId')));
println("Owner ID:"+OwnerId);
println("Owner Name:"+Owner);
println("Owner Party Name:"+OwnerPartyName);
}

The API "OwnerPartyName" is displaying the value but not 'Owner' API.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The "Owner Name" should not be null since the Owner ID has a value.
