Issue:Owner Not Readable On PartnerContact (Doc ID 2119090.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Partner Management, Owner field is not Readable on PartnerContact pages.

The 'Owner' field is coming up as 'not Readable' on the Partner Contact > Detail Page.
And the field does not have any value (blank), though the owning Partner Record has an Owner.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Simplified UI > Partners > open an existing partner
2. go to Profile page - there is owner field, which is editable [API Name = Owner]
3. now go to Contacts tab
4. open any existing partner contact record
5. there is Owner field shown here [API Name = OwnerPartyName], which is read only
