Tile: My Team's Lead - Incorrect Count of Leads in Dashboard (Doc ID 2119123.1)

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Analytics

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
There is a discrepancy in the total leads count between Tile: My Team's Lead and detailed report - 'My Team's Leads by Status'.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The data must be in sync if same filter for 0-3 months is used. The number of Leads must be same.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to application.
2. Go to Sales dashboard.
3. In the tile report titled: My Team's lead for 0-3 months the total number of Leads are 239.
4. Drill-down on the report. This navigates to detailed report. Observe the total leads. The number is different.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
The standards reports use different logic to filter the data. This confuses user and gives wrong data to the management.
