When We Click "Submit For Approval" From The Participant Snapshot> Manage Comp Plan, Participant Did Not Receive Any Email or Worklist Notification

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The plan approval function is enabled with zero level of approval.
User submitted plan approval for several participants but the participants did not receive any notification via email or worklist.
The participant should have received a notification to reject or accept the compensation plan.
1. Enable plan approval via Setup and Maintenance > System Parameter
Enable Plan Approval and Acceptance Workflow = Yes
Analyst Approval Hierarchy Levels = 0
Supervisor Approval Hierarchy Levels = 0
2. Submit approval
Navigator > Participant Snapshot > Manage Compensation Plan > [ Submit for Approval ]
3. Did not get any notification.
