Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC) Auto Synch Error: "Property [value] is non-nullable"

An auto synch pulling data from the Oracle Sales Cloud is failing continuously. When viewing the error message in the auto synch history, the error either shows a generic "An error occurred while uploading the requested contacts. An error occurred during your upload." or an error that details "Property [value] is non-nullable".

Note: To view auto synch history, begin by navigating to the Integration module via Settings  > Platform Extensions : Integration. Once within this section, click the Inbound tab > Management > Auto Synchs. Finally, click the ▼ next to the respective auto synch and click Auto Synch History to view the recent executions.
