User Is Getting Time Out Error Message When Actively Using System With Multiple Tabs and Windows (Doc ID 2119460.1)

Symptoms

When a user that is actively using the system 

the following error occurs.

 


The user is typically in the Time and Labor module and the Financials module and has multiple tabs/windows open with different sessions to the same Oracle instance.  Not all of the tabs display the message.

 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log on and use the Time and Labor module and the Financials module with Mozilla Firefox 44.0.2

 

2. Always have multiple tabs open. Only one tab/window would diminish  productivity.
