"View Company Records" Permission Is Restricted for Non-Workflow Type Records (Doc ID 2119679.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
"View Company Records" permissions settings defined for User/Group do not apply for Non-Workflow type records.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users with "View Company Records" permissions should be able to view all records created by any user within that same company.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 1. Login Unifier
 2. Navigate to desired workspace where a Group has "View Company Records" permissions, in this case a Non-Workflow type Business Process (BP) log.
 3. Some users in the group are able to view some records, and other users in the same group are able to view some other records. Not all users in the same group can view all the same records.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot view records as expected
