ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Can not find the proposed manage in search result to transfer PD
The HR Specialist user needs to transfer the performance document of a worker from existing manager to a new manager. When searching for the new manager, the search does not retrieve the results for the new manager.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The new manager should be returned in search for the document to be transferred
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > My Workforce > Performance > Related Tasks > Transfer PD
2. Search for a worker and PD
3. From the search results, click on transfer
4. Search for the new manager to whom PD is to be transferred
5. No results found
