On : 220.127.116.11.0 version, Microsoft Outlook
OSC has been integrated with Outlook for both users.
User1 created an activity in Sales Cloud and added the resource (User2)
User2 has received an email invite in Outlook from Oracle Fusion
She has accepted the meeting =>meeting added in her Outlook calendar and status shows as 'Accepted' => OK
Following sync completes successfully for User2
But, after synchronization User1 looks in Oracle sales cloud, the status for resource still shows as "Not Responded". User2 also sees the Status on activity in OSC as 'Not Responded'
All syncs after acceptance have been run for both users.
Once the resource (User2) accepts the invite in Outlook and completes sync, the task should show Response as 'ACCEPTED' in Sales Cloud
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an appointment in Sales Cloud
2. Add a resource to it
3. Resource receives an invite in their Outlook
4. Resource accepts the invite
5. Resource does 'Sync all' to sync from Outlook to Sales Cloud. Task shows as meeting in their outlook calendar with status Accepted.
6. Task still shows resource response as 'Not responded'.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see correct status from resources on task in Sales Cloud
