Symptoms

New Eligibility In Compensation Plan Not Working


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Removed the Eligibility to exclude Australia
2. Ran Batch Process to Refresh Plan
3. Went to re-build Model and Australia is not listed still.
