User OrganizationService web service to update Address or SIC Code fields and getting error.

JBO-27008: ReadOnlyAttrException

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use https://[crm_server][:port]>/foundationParties/OrganizationService?WSDL
2. Create request...
3. Send message to receive error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update organization using web service.
