How To Remove Tabs From Worklist: Notifications And Approvals Page

Information in this document applies to any platform.
On the Worklist: Notifications and Approvals pages there are three tabs: Customer Relationship Management, Human Capital Management, Setup and Maintenance (please see screen shot attached). Would like to remove Customer Relationship Management tab since have not purchased that product. Would also like to conditionally display Setup and Maintenance tab (to display only to users who are doing setup and maintenance). How can it be achieved?
