Reorder Phone Fields In Mobile App On Contact Object (Doc ID 2120180.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Mobile Sales App

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Issue is that customer wants to move the mobile and home phone fields to a different position in the list in app composer, but when they move it (either to top of the list or after job type field) and save and close, the order is not preserved. The phone fields get reset to their old position between Comments and Contact field, as seen in the attached screenshots (fieldsorder.png and after.png). Customer is using a duplicate of default layout.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Customer expects the changed order of fields in app composer to be retained.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. App composer -> Common -> Contacts -> Pages -> Mobile Pages -> Create and Edit contacts -> Mobile Pages PGA layout
2. Move the Mobile and Home phone related fields up or down.
3. Save and Close
4. Reopen the layout, the fields show in the original position.
