Symptoms

From Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC), when attempting to create a new quote, users are instead presented with a login screen instead of being passed to CPQ Cloud.

From Salesforce (SFDC), this can also happen when clicking "New Quote" or "New Oracle Quote".
