Symptoms

When attempting to import a MSP 2010 XML file, the following error occurs:

ERROR

"Cannot schedule job. Please contact your P6 Administrator."

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Using P6 Professional:
1. Select File, Export to XML
2. Open XML file in MS Project and "save as an MSP XML"
3. Import XML to "new project" - fails "cannot schedule job"
4. Updated activities in MSP 2010 and saved
5. Import XML - "update existing" (to original project) - fails "cannot schedule job"
