Import Payable Invoice Program Not Able To Import Invoice Due To Error : Invalid Liability Account (Doc ID 2121636.1)

Symptoms

While importing Payable invoice, Load interface File completed successfully but the import payable invoice could not create any invoice due to error 'Invalid liability account'
Whereas this invoice liability account is valid  - can create manual invoice using this account.
