Upload To ORMB Never Occurred as ODI Failed to Process

In ORMB Cloud environment, file has been placed into Upload directory in the environment.
However it has not been picked up by ODI and processed into the staging table for the Batch to run its scheduled processes.

This article explains why the file was not loaded into RMB.
