Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Territory Management, Quotas

Error while publishing quota of one of child territory

PDA for territory structure defined in our environment.

User defined a territory structure and now configured a quota for each territory but unable to publish the quota for some of the child territories in hierarchy
Trying to publish it is giving an error

ERROR

"The number must be positive"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Login into application, Sales > Quota > Select the Territory > Publish

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot publish quote
