Customer is unable to see "Log a Call" from the Account record on the mobile app. Customer is in 220.127.116.11.0, and as per ER 21210391 - ADD LOG A CALL TO THE ACCOUNTS SECTION OF MOBILE, this feature is available starting Release 10.
Navigation: Open any account -> click on the 3 dots on top -> Log a Call is one of the menu option
