Unable to cancel a Work Relationship
An HR Admin has performed an Inter-Company Transfer from Ghana to Canada. However, there has been a mistake on the transfer date and, as a result the start date (in CA) that has been automatically created with the Global Transfer is incorrect.
After searching for a way to correct that start date, we found the procedure described in 'Fusion Global HR: How To Edit Termination Date And Effective Start Date Of Global Transferred Case (Doc ID 1929773.1)'
However, when we followed the steps described and try to cancel the current work relationship with Canada, we are presented with the error message 'PER-153178Correct the country of the person"s contact to a valid country before cancelling the work relationship.
Any thoughts on how to solve this issue and proceed with the cancellation of this WR so we may process the global transfer once again?
