Unable to save a backdated Log a Call activity

Expects to back date log a call activity

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable the Log a Call feature.
2. Change date to a backdate.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, prevents the users from Logging a call that happened in the past; if they didn't have time or forgot.
