Error "Unable to Load Data" When Using the Html view (non java) (Doc ID 2123195.1)

Cloud customer receives an error when switching to the Basic (HTML or Non Java) view. Error says "Unable to Load Data".  Classic View loads fine.


Administer > Application Settings fails to load.  No error is thrown.
