New Outlook Binary Is Not Getting Pushed To Users After Monthly Update (Doc ID 2123238.1)

Symptoms

New binary file v 3.06.22 is not getting installed on user's desktop after the monthly upgrade

Steps to reproduce:

The new package is detected and a popup is shown to the end user .

User clicks on the popup and it goes away , nothing else happens .

Next time user opens outlook , they get the message "The package is not compatible with current version of the product , please install sales cloud for outlook 3.06.22.00"
