ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
While attempting to select a value from the Bargaining Unit & Collective Agreements LOV no value is available
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage Employment > Collective Agreement section
2. Try to select value from Bargaining Unit & Collective Agreements LOV
3. No value available (defined)
