CSV File Import In Cash Flow Gives Error Using The Curve Distribution Option "invalid column name" (Doc ID 2124228.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
Curve Properties, Distribution are set as Manual. Costs can be manually entered but error message is generated when importing using the curve Distribution.

Error Message : Jan-16 is invalid column name

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
----------------------
1. Created a Forecast or Simple Baseline Cash Flow Curve
2. Set the Properties as Distribution - Manual.
3. Open the curve, export CSV template, added cost values and From Date & To Date in template , Importing the Curve Setup
4. The From Date, To Date, Total, Unassigned updated correctly in Baseline curve.
5. Tried to export and import it back with Curve Distribution.
4. Gives Error message "Jan-16 is invalid column name" during import.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Curve Distribution should be imported correctly.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, Curve Distributions cannot be imported.
