Engage Shows 503 Error Intermittently - 31 March

There was an error when trying to access Engage.

Also, if the error was not faced, the messages did not show up on Engage for about 1 hour - 31st March 2016 morning

503 Service Unavailable

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into SRM
2. Navigate to Engage

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users were unable to use the system
