Failed To Validate A Row In AssessmentEO Error When Saving A Lead

On : 18.104.22.168.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns
We are not able to modify lead qualification scores and get error messages when we try to save. (see attached file)
Failed to validate a row in AssessmentEO
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup and Maintenance --> Manage Sales Lead Assessment Template task --> create a new assessment template duplicating the OOTB one --> Template set is custom business unit set.
2. Setup and Maintenance --> Manage Administrator Profile Values task --> select the new template for MKL_LEAD_ASSESSMENT_TEMPLATE, MKL_LEAD_QUALIFICATION_TEMPLATE_PROFILE and MKL_PARTNER_LEAD_QUALIFICATION_TEMPLATE profile options.
3. Edit lead --> Go to Assessment subtab --> complete the assessment template --> Save and see the error
