Webservice call is adding admin \ integration user to sales team upon updating an account

Account Team members

Customer has the following strange behavior in Sales Cloud:
1) They created an Account via web service
2) They are setting a dummy Owner via Groovy Script. Something like: setAttribute('OwnerPartyId', 300000001097336) on a Before Insert trigger on Account.
3) As a result the Account is created, the dummy User is set as the Owner, but the user which was executing the web service is within the standard Account Team. The scenario is basically our migration and the user who is executing the web service is an administrator. How can they avoid having this user within the Account Team?
