Below is the requirement:
In application there are 2 roles Account Manager (AM) and Sales Specialist (SS). AM are the actual salesperson who will create opportunity and SS are the non-sales person who will only help AM’s during their sales.
In territory we will define separate territory node for each AM so that we can assign quota to each AM and get Quota Vs Forecast report for each AM.
In opportunity, there are one AM who is the owner of the opportunity and 2 SS’s. Opportunity credit will be gone to AM 100%.
Issue is that, credit is goes to only AM from opportunity but need to capture SS’s forecast values also.
