 Environment keep going down regularly
Our development environment keeps going down frequently. At regular intervals, it may be up for few minutes and then again goes down.
Receives "Page not Found" error message when attempting to login.

The environment should not go down at regular intervals.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login
2. Sign in as any user
3. At regular intervals the service goes down and receives "Page not Found" error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are not able to configure the environment, which is impacting the go live time table.
