Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

User is getting below issues after synchronization

ERROR

oracle.jbo.service.errors.ServiceException : JBO 27023: Failed to validate all rows in a transaction. JBO-27024:Failed to Validate a row with key oracle.job.key[300000014043024] in ActivityEOJBO-27004: Attribute set for ActivityDesc in entity ActivityEO failed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run sync between OSC and Outlook
2. Sync completes with one issue and one conflict and control panel shows error message
