Engagement Engine: Chat Invite Is Flickering On The Checkout Page

Customer has a generic Checkout page for all brands (i.e. brand1, brand2, brand3, brand4, etc). For ROI reporting, customer created different rules per brand that would display the widget/invite associated to the brand.
The rules are triggered on the Checkout page but the invite appears to be "flickering". The flickering is due to the change in invite from the different rules.

The goal is to show only 1 invite on the Checkout page. This invite is for the brand of the first product placed in the Checkout.
