Goal

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Set Up Project Management

How to create an external role that will grant access to the projects workarea, definition, project plan, budget, expenditure items in a read-only mode. This role can then be assigned to a project role, granting read-only access to projects to people directly assigned to the project with this role. This external role can then also be assigned to a data role template that grants access to projects within a business unit, organization, etc.

User has followed the guidelines provided in Doc ID 2063157.1- PJF: How To Create Custom Role To View Projects and created custom roles, assigned the roles to the user. Even though navigation adds to user menu but Project and Projects Details are unavailable.
