Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In the address book search window, the fields that display are " First Name, last name, and E-mail address of the contact."

DESIRED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
They want to add the Account field as there are multiple contacts with same name but different accounts associated with each of those.
Adding the account field in the search window would enable distinguishing the contacts.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Outlook
2. Click on "new mail"
3. Click on "Share with Sales Cloud"
4. Click on the address book symbol next to "Contact" field
5. A search window to search for a contact with name opens up.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot easily identify between contacts that have the same name.
