Last updated on FEBRUARY 22, 2019

Applies to:

Content and Experience Cloud Service - Version N/A to N/A
Information in this document applies to any platform.
Scenario: A new Documents Cloud Service user has purchased space for ten users on the service. Nine of the users are able to access the service without issue, but the tenth user is unable to do so, even if the user account is disabled, deleted, and/or deprovision and the password is changed.

Logging reveals the following information:
String msg = LocaleUtils.encodeMessage("csMaxUserLimitReached", null,
userData.m_loginName, tenantServiceID, maxUsersString);
!csMaxUserLimitReached, . . . .

 The goal is to secure access for the last user in Documents Cloud Service.
