Fusion Global HR: After Global Transfer Manager Cannot See Reportees Under My Team (Doc ID 2126620.1)

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Manager is not able to see the Reporters under the section My Team' once he get "global transfer" . Manager was transferred from India to US for example. He is not a HR specialist.
This issue is there from the beginning. That case we use to remove the line manager and add the same manager again. Recently we found that because of the global transfer done for the manager , reporters are not showing under "My Team" in his profile. But in system he is the line manager for all of his reporters.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The manager to be able to see the Reporters

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to fusion
2. Do a ‘global transfer’ for an employee who has reporters.
3. Once the ‘Global transfer ’ is done employee is not able to see any reporter under him.
