Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

A Pennsylvania (PA) employee has a garnishment, and the order says to take 2% of the garnishment amount as processing fee.
Find that the system is not deducting the correct fee: when the fee should be taking 2% of the deducted amount instead it is taking based on the order amount.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the garnishment fee to be deducted correctly.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create the involuntary deduction card
2. run the Payroll, review the run results
3. when the fee should be taking 2% of the deducted amount it is taking based on the order amount.
