Outlook Add-in fails to load with a message: "Outlook Data inconsistency detected: Do you want to remove the remaining data and recreate the data structure? You will need to perform full synchronization to download new data from the server."
Options Yes\No. When clicking Yes another error: "Oracle Sales Cloud for Outlook has encountered an error. Please contact your administrator" and the add-in remains disabled with only one option "Remove customizations" which is not working either.
If attempting to uninstall the Add-in another error is shown: Uninstall fails with Node with name "items_remover" not found."
Repair works fine but there is no change.
