Employee is unable to submit single day leaves, but can submit multiple days leaves
Test case done for Nishta Singh (110615), enrolled in the "IN-Earned Leave-CWK" plan, starting with 07-Sep-2015
User tries to submit a leave of type "IN-Earned Leave CWK" on 22-Feb-2016, and receives an error:
This employee is not eligible to add absences of the selected absence type
User is able to submit a 5 day leave of the same type without any issue (from 21-Mar-2016 to 25-Mar-2016)
Even with deferred processing enabled, the error still shows, preventing the submission and subsequently evaluating the leave to see why the error appears.
