Symptoms
Data File within the Upload Fixed Assets Configuration is not available to select
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance > Search on task "Upload Fixed Asset Configuration" and click go to Task icon
2. Parameters appear with no list of values for Data file to select
