Symptoms

When trying to access the Cloud Database Console (APEX URL) user sees the following error: 


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Sign in to your Cloud Services
2.- Select the Database Console or APEX URL

Changes

New RESTFul services have been created recently.
