No Comma Between Address Fields On Account List View and Profile Page (Doc ID 2127608.1)

Address not displaying correctly on the Account Landing page and Profile page
On Accounts Landing page, under the address column, there is no space or comma between County and State field. That makes very difficult to read the address.
e.g. SacramentoCA

Address should be easy to read, and should have a comma and a space between the city and state values.
Should appear as: Sacramento, CA

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign in to environment
2. Go to Home page> Accounts
3. Search for an Account record
4. The list view shows the address for the Account and the city and state appear connected, e.g. SacramentoCA, instead of Sacramento,CA

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot easily read the address information.
