Goal

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Activity Management

On the navigation:
1. Login to Oracle Sales Cloud
2. SUI > Sales > Accounts
3. Search/Open account
4. Switch to Activities tab
5. Change the filter between Open Activities and Completed Activities

What makes an appointment appear with the Completed Activities?
