Purpose

This article illustrates some common causes for the kinds of issues that can occur in  bringing up the cluster stack in Oracle VM Servers or in a standard ocfs2 cluster, including:

- Unable to change o2cb service to online

- Unable to mount the heartbeat disk (or pool filesystem in Oracle VM servers)
