Fusion Global HR: Unable to create Legal Entity because the Legal Address created is not appearing in Search results

On : 18.104.22.168.0 version, Global Human Resources
The user is trying to create a Legal Entity, but the Legal Address already created is not appearing as a result in the Search.
The Legal Address was created for a country (e.g. Egypt). But, the user is unable to find the Legal Address created for Egypt (EG) while searching.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to: Navigator -> Setup and Maintenance -> Manage Legal Addresses
2. Click Create -> enter the fields in Location Create -> click OK (it shows in Search Results: Location; Country).
3. Then, try to edit it.
4. Navigator -> Setup and Maintenance -> Manage Legal Addresses
5. In Search Location: select the country to find the Location just created.
6. It can not be found.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create a Legal Entity.
