Change checkbox field value from "Y" to "N" via import is not working (Doc ID 2128232.1)

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Application Composer - Account - Fields, the customer has created a custom field, named "Dump_c" (type: Checkbox).
When the customer has an account with the "Dump_c" value set to Y and he is trying to change this to N, via file import, the value is not changing, even though the import is completing successfully (see Import Activity Identifier 300000387730374).

If an existent account has the "Dump_c" value set to N and the customer is trying to change it to Y, via file import, the value is changing accordingly (see Import Activity Identifier 300000387730190).

Also, if they are trying to add two new accounts in the system, with the "Dump_c" field values set to Y for the first one and N for the second, they are both imported successfully and shown in UI as it should (see Import Activity Identifier 300000387752514)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The value of the "Dump_c" field should be changed from Y to N via import, if the import file has the N value for the field.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot change the value of a custom field via file import, when trying to change the value from Y to N.
